New Ad Icon Series Funko Pop Figures Get Cheesy

The Ad Icons series inside the Funko Pop world is one of the most sought after series. With a lot of the exclusive Ad Icons Funko Pops series figures like Fruit Brute, Yummy Mummy and Tony the Tiger all valuing at $250 or more! While these newest ones probably won’t range that high in the value they will be sought after by a lot of collectors. Funko is releasing three new Ad Icon Funko Pops, first, we are getting the Coca Cola Bear. This one has been wanted for a while now. I also wouldn’t be surprised if we saw a Flocked version arrive around Christmas. Next, we will be getting the Energizer Bunny, who I would love to see a Flocked version of. Last but not least, we are getting the main cat himself Chester Cheeto! This one is pretty sick and I honestly can’t wait to get one myself. All of these could get a Flocked version or even some style of exclusives variation maybe even a scented Cheetos one like they did with Swamp Thing or Strawberry Shortcake scented series. Funko always has something cool and unique up there sleeves so we never know what they will be doing and only time will tell.

Ad Icons are all priced at $11.99 and none are exclusive just yet. They are set for a release date of December 2019 and preorders to lock your own down are located here.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1980s Figures Return with Gamestop

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are here and ready for one shell of a time! Gamestop has stepped into the ring of being a collectibles store now. From statues, Funko Pops, Action figures and so much more they are giving people more than just video games. This time they are bringing something special this time. This November we will be getting a re-issue of the classic 1980s Playmates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Toy Series! This 4-pack gives us Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo with all of their classic weapons. Each one of them showing off all their classic 80’s power and helping us relive some nostalgia. The packaging of the re-issue is even in a special commemorative box set. This is a re-issue I think a lot of Ninja Turtles fans will love or even get some newer generations to hop on the Turtle bus. We are seeing a lot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collectibles lately, one of them being the Sideshow Collectibles Mikey Statue that is totally radical. I’m sure we will be seeing a lot more Ninja Turtle products come out of the woodwork soon. At this rate, they will be joining the ranks of Predator and Batman with new collectibles almost dropping every week. Ninja Turtles fans can rejoice and grab one of these 4-packs before they sell out. If this pack flys off the shelves we could probably be seeing an influx of more classic 80’s Ninja Turtle figures. That right there would be something all fans could look forward too. 

The 4-pack Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set is priced at $39.99 and is scheduled for release on November 24th, 2019. You can pre-order the set in store or you can do it online here. I would not wait for them to show up in store as Gamestop lately only gets new products that are preordered.

Apex Legends Enter the Arena of the Funko Pop Battle Royale

Apex Legends is starting to finally make their round in the collectible circuit. First, we got some new and upcoming statues releasing later this year. I am glad to see this series releasing some good collectibles. After the wave of Fortnite, I think we need to see another game series to take over. Funko has announced that they will be dropping the first six original Apex Legends characters in their newest additions to Funko Pop Game line. We will be seeing Wraith, Lifeline, Gibraltar, Pathfinder, and Bangalore join the first wave. Each one of them is quite detailed and they are showing off their character’s unique skills and styles. We will also be getting the two first DLC characters; Mirage and Caustic. Funko definitely put in work on these because you can just feel the sarcasm coming off of Mirage. I’m expecting we will even get more to this line of Apex Legends Funko Pops. We still need to see the newest Apex Legends DLC characters; Octane, and Watson in Pop form. I also hope we can start seeing some of their legendary costumes as some upcoming convention Exclusive Funko Pops. Kind of like the way we see the Overwatch series Funkos. I am pretty pumped for this drop, the three I can’t wait to get my hands on are Lifeline, Bloodhound, and Mirage. 

With no exclusives coming out for this wave, all eight of the Apex Legends Funko Pops preorders are currently live and set for a November 2019 release so only a couple of months away.
