Funko Shows Off Guy Fieri Opening Up his Newest Pop Vinyl Figure

It is not often that we actually get to see a person open up there down Collectible. Funko made that wish come true today with showcasing the one and only man of flavor opening up his. That's right flavorheads, the man himself was able to see his own collectible Funko Pop Vinyl in person. Of course, like many of us, we would be just as happy as him. With perfections of the shirt, glasses, and the hair/ goatee combo this figure is ready to hit some diner, drive-ins, and dives.

One thing I did happen to catch was the fact he said: "This is my first", so does that mean more Fieri's are coming out? Could we have our own army of Funko Fieir's on the horizon?! Man, I hope so, it would be a great Pop for traveling with and food photography. I can't wait till I find one of these guys in the wild to add to my own ever growing Pop collection and of course, there will be a review of him not far behind. Funko Officially Announces Jack Nicholson Joker Pop with Chase!

Funko showed off a massive announcement of upcoming Pops at the London Toy Fair. During the announcement, we only really got to see the CGI design of the figure, not the final design. That all changes today as Funko officially announced their next Batman wave and even better the newest Joker Pop. This is based on the Batman 1989 version of Joker and even better he comes with a Chase! We only saw glams of this Funko Pop Joker online but today we get actual confirmation of the figure and boy he will be an expensive Chase when he drops. I'm excited that Funko is expanding the DC movie franchise with these figures. They are all nicely designed and are perfect for any Batman fan. 

The Batman & Robin Poison Ivy Funko Pop is the only one that is exclusive. She will be a Specialty Series Funko POP so you will be able to find them at your local comic shop. All of the rest are set as common and you can find pre-order links are still live and located here. I would imagine Joker is a 1:6 ratio for the Funko Chase so test your luck online.

Nominees Announced For Diamond's 2019 Gem Awards

Courtesy of Diamond Comic Distributors, here are the nominees for the Diamond Gem Awards of 2019, to be voted on by comic book retailers in the direct market.

Participating comic store owners will also be entered in a draw to win a $200 Diamond Select Toys backlist credit, and five will also win one box each of FCBD store bags

Diamond says that "nominees were chosen by a panel of Diamond product specialists based on their overall impact on the industry, while comics and related merchandise were chosen on the merits of their sales performance and quality from the past year."
