NYCC Funko Pop Game Finishes Strong with Final Reveals

NYCC is nearly upon us and Funko has finished their Exclusive Funko POP reveals. This makes over 60 amazing Funko Pop to release for the October Convention. To start with the reveals we will be getting not one by two Funko Pop Animation series figures. Dragon Ball Z fans can rejoice with Piccolo and Vegeta making their appearances yet again! Following them, NYCC will be getting two Disney Funko Figures. Mickey Mouse in a Disney ride and he would be a must for the Disney Word fans. We will also be getting old school and classic Donald Duck as a Firefighter. This is one character a lot of Disney fans have been waiting for since we haven’t seen a remake of this character besides the Kingdom Hearts Series. PIXAR will also be getting two NYCC Funko Pops as we get a Pop House from the movie Up as well as the Dummy from Toy Story 4 so you minds well snag up three to be movie accurate. The Pop House has been the newest addition to the Funko World, this is one that is quite iconic as the house is a huge part of the film’s plot and I can only imagine the size of it as well. Next, we will be getting two more additions to the Simpsons Treehouse of Terror line of Funko Pops fro NYCC. Mr. Burns as a vampire and Groundskeeper Willie as Freedy Kruger. Finally, their last reveal for NYCC we will be getting Hello Kitty dressed as Lady Liberty. All of these are great convention releases and are popular in their respected communities. 

Most of these will be shared exclusives. More detail will come closer to NYCC itself. The convention starts on October 3rd and ends on the 4th. So expect these to be released that Thursday or Friday, depending on how Funko wants to release them.

Funko Pop Round Up – Batman, Spyro, and Tiger Woods?

Funko Pops have easily swept across the nation in the past few years. Originally starting as Wacky Wobblers they updated to a more defined and iconic bobble-head or vinyl figure. They gain series and franchises contracts constantly giving us a whole new set of Pop figures to collect. Recently, Funko Pop single figures have been announced by the company. Starting off the new releases is in the Batman series. We will be getting three new Batman figures, Red Son Batman, Bat-Mite and lastly Merciless Batman. Merciless Batman is quite recent from his Dark Nights: Metal appearance and he will be a Hot Topic Exclusive. He is one I can’t wait to get my hands on and add him to the evil Batman collection. Pikachu is finally getting a common release as well this time. Originally released in Target last year, we will be getting a newly designed Pikachu that will hit local stores as a common. Speaking of returns, Maleficent is getting a new Funko Pop redesign for her new upcoming film Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. I think a lot of people are loving her design and I do too and she would be nice for any Disney fan collections. Lastly, we will be getting a Tiger Woods Funko Pop Figure. We have been seeing a lot of new sports icons hitting the Funko Pop sports series like Baseball and NASCAR. So it looks like Golf will be added to the series like, I feel like we will see a couple more Tiger Woods with different shirts in the future as well. All of these releases are unique to each of their categories.

Funko Pop Round Up – Addams Family, Greatest Showman and More

Funko is constantly new and upcoming Funko Pops. We have luckily gathered all the newest releases to get you caught up. This time we have collected all of the most recent sets of figures to can collect. First up we have the Addams Family! This series is based on the Addams Family (2019) animated film. Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday, Pugsley, Uncle Fester and Lurch with Thing are all coming soon. Wednesday Addams is still my favorite and I love the noose ponytails. The Greatest Showman will be getting four new Funko figures as well. P.T. Barnum, Phillip Carlyle, Anne Wheeler, and the Bearded Lady will all be getting the pop treatment. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see more come out of this wave from the circus aspect. Next, upon the set releases, we are getting more La Casa de Papel (Money Heist) Funko Pop vinyl figures too. The rest of the team is joining the Funko game: Helsinki, Oslo, El Profesor, Nairobi, Rio, and Agustín Ramos dos Hermanas are all joining us soon. I’m honestly surprised we aren’t seeing chases for this wave as most come with a masked chase version in previous sets. Three more sets remain from Funko, third to last, we will be getting a new series: Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark! The Scarecrow and the Jangly Man are getting here! Second, three new Spyro figures enter our realm with a new Spyro mold, Ripto, and Gnasty Gnorc. Finally, we got to the end, the last to be revealed is PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds with two characters, Po Lone Survivor and Sanhok Survivor.
