Funko Emerald City Comic Con Reveals – “Scott Pilgrim”

The Funko Soda line is new in the Funko world and it looks like they are already making their first convention debut. We have already seen the Batman Soda that will be Green and will come with a Pink Chase version. This time two characters from Scott Pilgrim arrive as both Scott and Ramona Flowers are here for your collection. This isn’t a major reveal but it does allow us to talk about Funko Soda line. I am quite excited about these vinyl figures as it brings back the Limited Edition format that realm made Funko a hit. These figures do look slightly odd but have a vintage charm to them that I like. Each can have a chase variant version and that stays true with these two Emerald City Comic Con reveals. Both chase variants do have a green color which I like since it is Emerald City. Both figures seem to be limited to only 4,000 pieces each, which is on the low end for this Funko Soda line so far. It is unclear what the price will be or where these will be available to purchase. They either will be shared with the Funko Shop or we are looking at an ECCC only collectible.

Funko ECCC Reveals – “Starship Troopers” and “Grand Budapest Hotel”

The reveals continue as Funko reveals more collectibles that are headed to and coming out of Emerald City Comic Con. The convention doesn’t take place until March 12th but it looks like Funko can not contain their excitement. This time we are getting a Starship Trooper bug that will go nicely with the previous Starship figure. During San Diego Comic Con 2019 we saw a Johnny Rico Pop vinyl come out so now he has some target practice. We are also getting a special 2-pack this time from the 2014 film Grand Bupabest Hotel. If you are unfamiliar with the movie it shows off the tale of Gustave H, who is a legendary concierge European hotel. The story takes place between the wars and also shows off the lobby boy, Zero Moustafa, who ends up being Gustave’s most trusted friend and protege. Both of these figures seem a little bit off as convention exclusives but that doesn’t mean they won’t sell. It is unknown if these will be shared exclusives or only available at the ECCC. Funko will update up when and where we can purchase them.

Funko Emerald City Comic Con Reveals – DC Comics

The reveals just keep rolling out as Funko prepares our wallets for Emerald City Comic Con reveals. This time it looks like we are getting a glimpse at DC COmics as we get two announcements. The first one is from Funko’s newest product line Funko Soda. We covered the most recent reveal from London Toy Fair here. Each vinyl figure comes in a soda pop style package and features a wide line of licenses and this time Batman is going green. On top of the green Batman, you will have the possibility to get Chase variant of the figure with the Dark Knight sporting a pink suit. With this reveal being only 5000 LE, I would expect it to be a Funko Shop or an Emerald City Comic Con only exclusive. Moving on, we are also getting one DC Comics Funko Pop Viny in this reveal as Zatanna is ready to cast some magic on your collection. The design of this figure is pretty great and fans should be pleased with it. Funko Emerald City Comic Con Reveals – “Masters of the Universe”

Emerald City Comic Con Funko Reveals are usually related to the color green. From green chromes to green characters we see a nice homage to the Emerald City and get new collectibles. DBZ and D&D have already been shown so far and continuing with their reveals Funko has another two new Masters of the Universe Pop figures. The first is He-Man from the Slime Pit who is sporting an all green look with touches of red throughout. Now, this is a great ECCC exclusive figure as its green and can pull in the right fandom. If they could strap on a Limited Edition number on this one then he could be a new grail. Next, we are getting the infamous Tri-Klops who has some green armor ad will go great with the other Masters of the Universe figures. There will also be three PEZ MOTU coming out too which will surely excite some fans. No release information on where these will be going if they are to be marked as shared exclusives. Only time will tell when they will go or if they will stay as Emerald City Comic Con Only Exclusives. Funko Emerald City Comic Con Reveals – Dungeons & Dragons

Funko is not holding back on the reveals this year as Emerald City Comic Con reveals continue. We have already seen three figures from Dragonball Z and now we are getting one more from the Funko Dungeons and Dragons series. This isn’t a big reveal but this is a pretty awesome figure as you can see the slime has swallowed a skeleton whole. I wonder how clear the actual figure will be because it would be awesome to see the 3D screens of the final figure. No idea on if this Funko will be a Convention Exclusive or a Shared Exclusive and we will get more info the further we get to the Emerald City Comic Con. If they make this exclusive to the convention itself or at least limit to production size then this would be a nice Pop for fans. Only time will tell what where each figure will be coming and if I had to guess I would say GameStop or ECCC. The convention will start March 12 and end the 15 so stay tuned here at Bleeding Cool for more ECCC reveals and info on which figures will be shared.

Funko Emerald City Comic Con Reveals – “Dragonball Z”

Emerald City Comic Con is still about a month away with it taking place between March 12-15 2020. Of course, this means new Funko exclusives are on their way and to start things off they have revealed new Pop Animation! Three Pop Vinyls from Dragonball Z has been shown, the first one being Vegeta eating noodles. This one will be a great companion piece to the Amazon Exclusive Goku eating noodles. You can pre-order him and you can find Goku located here. The next figure is another character getting a new Chrome version as Piccolo arrives. The final reveal for this wave of Emerald City Comic Con Funko Reveals is a special glow-in-the-dark Perfect Cell. This is currently my favorite reveals of this set and I can’t wait to see that glow! No idea yet if any of these how limited edition they will be or what ones will be shared exclusives. Stay tuned here at Bleeding Cool for any updates on what retailer will get these exclusives.
